on the plasticity of playing human.
May we master the tension between the taking and the giving.
With extended arms and tensile hearts,
may we allow the experience of each relationship to rebound from our pulse to our breath.
May we remain supple in our efforts to fit through the tight corners of living,
and practice the saintly actions of hearkening,
positive proclivity,
bending and,
benevolence.
May we know grace and affability
in the manner that we mend
our wounds,
and,
as we inevitably stumble upon the eyes of our darkest preceptor,
may we, in return,
detect
our own dusk.
