Within recent client sessions I found myself sharing the concept of ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ข๐ข๐๐ง๐จ, and not-so-surprisingly recognized it to be helpful in my own life as well.
Within the inevitable moments of unknown or unbeknownst anew, clinging to past comforts, encountering insecurity, fear, and grasping for future safety, itโs easy to miss the goodness of this incredible reality within each heartbeat. From a neurological standpoint, these real-time ๐๐ก๐๐ข๐ข๐๐ง๐จ or moments of positive presence can be equated to micro-moments of vagal regulation that regularly occur in everyday life. The catch is that they often go unacknowledged and then miss their opportunity to teach us of our own resilience and strength. So, take time to notice the small moments of ๐๐ค๐ฎ experienced through people, places, and momentary experiences that remind you of your safety and belonging.
These moments are fundamental to living relaxed, connected, and ๐๐ฐ๐๐ค๐.
