Within recent client sessions I found myself sharing the concept of ๐™›๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™™๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™ฉ๐™๐™š ๐™œ๐™ก๐™ž๐™ข๐™ข๐™š๐™ง๐™จ, and not-so-surprisingly recognized it to be helpful in my own life as well.

Within the inevitable moments of unknown or unbeknownst anew, clinging to past comforts, encountering insecurity, fear, and grasping for future safety, itโ€™s easy to miss the goodness of this incredible reality within each heartbeat. From a neurological standpoint, these real-time ๐™œ๐™ก๐™ž๐™ข๐™ข๐™š๐™ง๐™จ or moments of positive presence can be equated to micro-moments of vagal regulation that regularly occur in everyday life. The catch is that they often go unacknowledged and then miss their opportunity to teach us of our own resilience and strength. So, take time to notice the small moments of ๐™Ÿ๐™ค๐™ฎ experienced through people, places, and momentary experiences that remind you of your safety and belonging.

These moments are fundamental to living relaxed, connected, and ๐š๐ฐ๐š๐ค๐ž.
